Naila Francis is a poet-writer, certified grief coach, and death midwife. A founding member of Salt Trails, a Philadelphia collective working to normalize grief through community rituals, she released the poetry album "Wonder Unsung" in collaboration with guitarist-producer Paulito Muse. Her poetry has been featured in film, in publications such as The Healing Verse Poetry Line, ONE ART and Wild Greens, and as invocations at cultural events throughout Philadelphia.
